In July 2026, we completed the disposition of an office building located in Shinbashi 5-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
It is located in an office district, just a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station on the JR Yamanote Line.
The building was completed in 1985 and comprises nine above-ground floors.
After acquiring the property in December 2025, we carried out extensive renovations, including upgrades to the entrance and exterior, and converted vacant spaces into set-up offices. After enhancing the property’s value through these improvements, we sold the building.
