1907

Founding of Masuya Shokai

1967

Company established（Name at the time of establishment: Masuya Kenzai Co., Ltd.）

1987

Obtained real estate brokerage license and began residential property sales.

1989

Company name changed to Masuya Home Co., Ltd.

2003

Began land subdivision projects in Ome and Iruma cities.

2013

Began real estate development business and relocated the head office to Ginza 8-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

2014

Hiroshi Kato appointed as President & CEO.

2015

Established a local subsidiary in Cambodia.

2018

Changed the company name to Masuya Asset Partners Co., Ltd. and relocated the head office to Kanda-Sudacho 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

2022

Established a local subsidiary in U.S.A..

2023

Sold MA SQUARE AKIHABARA (the first project in our real estate revitalization business).
Established a local subsidiary in Singapore.
